Delivery Information
At Oak Doors Direct, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery service for all orders. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated per order as follows:
• £45 for the first door
• £15 for each additional door
• Maximum delivery cost £90
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed before dispatch.
• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days
• Once dispatched, orders are shipped via a third-party courier on a next-day service
In most cases, delivery will arrive within 3–5 working days from the date of order, depending on processing times.
Please note that during busy periods or supplier delays, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Courier Delivery
We use trusted third-party courier partners to deliver our products.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive:
• A dispatch confirmation email
• A tracking number
• Instructions to track your delivery
This allows you to monitor the progress of your order.
Accepting Your Delivery
Internal doors are large and heavy items, therefore:
• Someone must be present to accept the delivery
• Couriers may require assistance unloading large orders
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the item in a safe place if requested.
Safe Place Deliveries
If you request that the courier leaves your order in a safe place, please note:
• Deliveries left in a safe place are entirely at the customer's risk
• Oak Doors Direct cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage once the item has been left unattended
• Returns or replacements cannot be accepted for deliveries left outside
For this reason, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and before any installation takes place.
If any damage is present:

Take clear photographs of the packaging and product

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
This allows us to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution if required.
Important Installation Notice
Please do not book a joiner, carpenter, or installer until your goods have been delivered and fully inspected.
Oak Doors Direct cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with delayed installations, cancelled tradespeople, or fitting appointments if a delivery is delayed or a product issue needs to be resolved.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Deliveries to remote areas or offshore locations may incur additional charges or may not be available.
